The Cockfosters Learning Centre (CLC) provides ‘The Best in Jewish Learning on Your Doorstep’.
Since its relaunch as a lecture series in 2023, with Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis providing the opening lecture on how the Jewish tradition can address modern challenges, CLC has hosted a variety of engaging lectures covering topics as diverse as women’s empowerment and identity within a Jewish context, medical ethics through the lens of Halacha, the current state of Anglo Jewry, and envisioning the future of the Jewish community in the UK.
These lectures exemplify CLC’s commitment to providing insightful and relevant Jewish learning experiences.
