A support & social group for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one (recent or not so recent)
A group to help people who have sadly lost either a relative or friend, that special person who has left a void in one’s life, and although we are not counsellors, we find that sharing our feelings about our loved ones, help each other to deal with our grief.
People might want to talk about their feelings/emotions whether it is sad, happy or just share memories which can make us smile or even laugh.
Sharing how each person deals with their own grief and giving their advice, can often help others get through theirs, when they are going through a difficult time.
We also have guest speakers and activity evenings (quizzes etc.)
Alternate Monday evenings from 7.30pm – 9pm in the Hub at CNSS
The most important thing is that you are not alone.
